Brenda is a Certified Protection Professional, Board Certified in Security Management by ASIS International. She has over 35 years of hands-on experience in security, risk management, emergency management, safety, law enforcement, victim advocacy, instructor training, and organizing and evaluating training exercises. Brenda is a skilled trainer/facilitator who taught and advised on response procedures to security incidents at every stage and enjoys a reputation for being a high-energy self-starter and someone known to be knowledgeable, approachable, and enjoyable to work with. She is skilled in the Department of Homeland
Security Interagency Security Committee (ISC) standard and conducted numerous security assessments on nonmilitary federal buildings utilizing the ISC Risk Management Process (RMP) methodology. Brenda is a graduate of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Course and qualified to instruct Run, Hide, Fight in response to Active Assailant threat events. Whether she is conducting threat and vulnerability assessments on critical infrastructure and buildings, teaching how to control access to sensitive and/or classified facilities, instructing how to respond to an active threat, or planning and evaluating exercises, Brenda brings commitment, due diligence, and professionalism from years of training and formal education to every task. She has held a DOD Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance and Public Trust status for Federal and several State Governments. Brenda understands the principles of duty and selfless service and can use discretion when handling sensitive and highly confidential information. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, a Master's degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
Kevin Clark, CPP®, CPTED Practitioner
Kevin is a Certified Protection Professional, Board Certified in Security Management by ASIS International, and a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Practitioner. He has over 35 years of hands-on experience in security, risk management, emergency management, instructor training, and law enforcement. Kevin is a retired U.S. Army Military Police Sergeant Major with extensive skills in safety and emergency planning as well as identifying, mitigating, and correcting security deficiencies central to protecting the three
general types of assets - People, Property, and Information. He is skilled in the Department of Homeland Security Interagency Security Committee (ISC) standards and has conducted numerous security assessments on nonmilitary federal buildings utilizing the ISC Risk Management Process (RMP) Methodology. Kevin has personally performed over 500 Threat and Vulnerability Assessments and or Higher Headquarters Assessments on federal, state, and local facilities. He is responsible for the development and execution of physical security, threat, and vulnerability hazard analysis for customers such as the Department of Defense, state governments, nonprofits, and private organizations. Kevin was a key participant in the development of policy on national security issues including the sharing of terrorist information between federal, state, and local law enforcement. He is a graduate of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program Course, and a certified Senior Mission Assurance Analyst, Anti-Terrorism Manager, Physical Security Inspector, Emergency Manager, Security Engineer, and Nonlethal Weapons Instructor. Kevin is considered an authority in his field teaching organizations how to assess vulnerabilities of a facility or structure, how to plan for, mitigate, and respond to active threats and planning and evaluating exercises, and how to create safe and secure environments. He is qualified to instruct Run, Hide, Fight, and Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) in response to Active Assailant threat events. Kevin is a certified Firearms Instructor and Defensive Pistol Instructor. He has held a DOD Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance and Public Trust status for Federal and several State Governments. Kevin understands the principles of duty and selfless service and can use discretion when handling sensitive and highly confidential information. He enjoys a reputation for being a detailed oriented self-starter and someone known to be knowledgeable, resourceful, insightful, approachable, and enjoyable to work with.
